The hotel had a perfect location a couple of blocks away from Theatre Aachen. The Christmas market and a market were right next door.

The venue was in a central location just next door to the historic centre of Aachen as well as Normandy. It was a joy spending time in the reasonably large room with fine beds and good shower and a good bathroom...

I stayed 2 weeks at Ibis, with a family room that was huge, clean, and had a walk-in wardrobe. The heating quickly warmed up the room, and the comfortable double bed had a double duvet. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring the city and it was close to the train station.
Can recommend this hotel.

I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious with 2 windows and a seating area. The location was convenient, just a short 6-minute walk from the main train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Panno who checked us in quickly and even loaned us some mugs and hot water for our instant noodles.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.
